After our warehouse receives your part (Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected) refunds are typically handled and issued within 15 days within business hours (s). The refund will be applied to the payment method you used to purchase the item(s) you ordered once the returned part(s) have been examined and processed. On the day that your refund is processed, you will get an email saying, “credit approved.” If you used a debit or credit card to make the transaction, it can take your financial institution an extra 1–7 working days to credit your account. When we get your returned item, we’ll check it out and let you know that we’ve got it. After reviewing the item, we will let you know how your refund is progressing right away. If your return is accepted, we will start the credit card refund process (or original method of payment). Depending on the rules of the card issuer that issued your payment, you will receive the credit in a specific number of days. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the returned item was sold incorrectly or damaged.
